Congratulations to Arcade Fire, who brought home the Album of the Year award for “The Suburbs” at last night’s Grammy Awards. They beat out favorites Eminem and Lady Antebellum to win the biggest prize in mainstream music. Arcade Fire is signed to Merge Records, an independent record label that is the topic of Our Noise, The Story of Merge Records. To celebrate, we’re giving away 3 copies of Our Noise. When the nominees were announced, I said “Well, that’s nice that they were nominated, but they’ll never win. Not in a million years.”

I jumped out of my chair when they announced it, I was so happy. Arcade Fire are one of the greatest bands of our generation.
